There are 3-4 different kinds of swedish flags and design that will be used by them in the series, for different reasons and on different occasions.
* traditional swedish flag - yellow cross on the blue field, This flags comes in two versions, both pretty common - a regular rectangle and one with
Note, that this flag may also contain swedish coar of arms - three crown - on them as well.
It's the most common flag among all of the swedish armies and swedish ships, also used in smaller forms for boats, messenger's banner etc.
* royal swedish standard - it's a swedish flags with some bonuses - other swedish symbols, like a swedish lion and swedish coat of arms ( 3 crowns ).
This one is reserved only for some very big fish among the Swedes, like the swedish king, admirals, marschals, etc.
* three crowns - swedish coat of arms - it's used as a secondary flag and is also often represented on all sort of decorations on a lot of features, like on trumpets, drums, messenger's banner, rowing boats, etc. It's also often carved into swedish warship's stern, etc.
* golden swedish lion - another swedish symbol, often used here and there, represented as a form of decoration of many swedish ships and as a regimental banner among many troops. It exist in many different forms, from a simle golden lion on a blue field, to lions combined with crowns, decorational motives and etc etc.
