I won't be talking much about dutch galleons/ships of the line, I'll just show them here since they represent kinda similar built as those of polish and swedish vessels, so it's important to study them, like their sterns, since we have a lot of more pictures representing the look of dutch vessels, than those owned by the Poles or by the Swedish.
Still, Dutch will appear in the later part of the first installment of the book series, and will play a major role in the fourth installment of the book series, so their ships will pop up here and there from time to time.
Most of the dutch galleons are the "standard size", bearing 50-60 cannons, just like polish "Mars" does, tho there are smaller and bigger vessels in the fleet as well.
Their flagships count from 70 to 90 cannons, still, they are usually smaller than english behemoths of the sea ;)
Also, note that since the Dutch are quite rich people, sterns of their shops are expensively decorated, often with golden everywhere.
Also, since dutch ships are built and paid for by dutch cities or provinces, they usually bear coats of arms of that particular city or a province, thus there will be often two lions holding a shield with such coar of arms represented on their stern.
